Ionophase provides AI-powered lead generation services that help businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers through various advertising channels and social networks. Our services include lead discovery, verification, and delivery at competitive rates.

3. Service Pricing and Payment

Our lead generation services are priced per qualified lead delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Network Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established during the sales consultation process. No setup fees or long-term contracts are required.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the following criteria:

• Valid and verified contact information (email and phone)
• Match your specified demographic and targeting criteria
• Show genuine interest indicators in your industry or product category
• Pass our AI-powered verification and human review process

5. Lead Replacement Policy

If a delivered lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria (invalid contact information, incorrect demographics, etc.), we will provide a replacement lead at no additional charge. Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

9. Limitation of Liability

Ionophase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Service Availability

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services already provided.
